We make every effort to display our products and their capabilities accurately. Shower filters reduce chlorine, heavy metals and other impurities; no shower filter removes hard-water minerals (calcium/magnesium). Product images are for illustration; minor variations may occur. Products may ship in the manufacturer's original packaging.

3. Health disclaimer

Our products are home comfort and personal care accessories. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. Individual results vary. If you have a medical concern about your skin, hair or water quality, consult a qualified professional.

4. Pricing and payment

All prices are in US dollars. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. Payment is processed securely by our payment providers at checkout. We reserve the right to cancel any order and issue a full refund, including in cases of pricing errors or suspected fraud.

5. Shipping

We currently ship within the United States only. Shipping is free; typical delivery is 3-6 business days. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. See our Shipping Policy for details.

6. Returns and guarantee

All orders are covered by our 60-Day Softer Water Guarantee, described in our Refund Policy. The guarantee applies to purchases made through rainwell.store only.

All content on this site — text, images, branding, and design — is the property of Rainwell or its licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission. Third-party product names and marks belong to their respective owners.

8. Acceptable use
