Where we ship

We currently ship to the United States only (including all 50 states). We do not ship internationally at this time.

Shipping cost

Free standard shipping on all orders. No minimums, no hidden fees.

Processing and delivery times

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Delivery typically takes 3-6 business days from the order date. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. Delivery estimates are not guarantees — occasional carrier delays can occur.

Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Address changes

Need to change your shipping address? Contact us at support@rainwell.store as soon as possible. We can update the address only if the order hasn't shipped yet.

Lost, delayed or missing packages

If your tracking hasn't updated in 5 business days, or your order hasn't arrived within 10 business days of purchase, contact us at support@rainwell.store — we'll track it down, and if the package is lost, we'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund, your choice.

Wrong or damaged items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, email us a photo and your order number and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
