How it works

Try your filter for up to 60 days from the delivery date. If your hair and skin don't feel the difference — or you're unhappy for any reason — email us at support@rainwell.store and we'll refund your full purchase price. You keep the filter: no return shipping, no forms, no restocking fees, no questions asked.

Requesting a refund

Send an email to support@rainwell.store from the email address used on your order, including your order number. That's it. Refunds are processed within 2 business days of your request.

Refund timing

Once processed, refunds are returned to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 5-10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.

Damaged or defective items

If your filter arrives damaged or stops working within the guarantee period, contact us at support@rainwell.store with a photo and your order number — we'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund, your choice.

Late or missing orders

If your order hasn't arrived within 10 business days of purchase, contact us and we'll track it down or make it right.
